Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using ScoreIndexer (scoreindexer.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of calculators

The calculators on this site implement published formulas from named governing-body documents. Each calculator states the formula it uses, the source document and version, and the assumptions it makes. Results are estimates for informational and educational purposes only.

You should not rely on calculator outputs for:

• Official competition handicaps, ratings, points or classifications
• Betting, wagering or gambling decisions of any kind
• Medical, injury, rehabilitation or health decisions
• Training, nutrition or performance programme decisions without consulting a qualified professional

Confirm any consequential figure with your club, league, or governing body.

Accuracy and limitations

We make reasonable efforts to implement published formulas correctly and to cite the version and date checked. However:

• Governing bodies may revise their rules, coefficient sets, factor tables, or base times at any time. We update our tools when we become aware of changes, but there may be a delay.
• Some formulas have published limitations (e.g. Riegel is least reliable outside approximately 3 minutes to 4 hours). These are stated on each calculator page.
• Rounding, precision and implementation details may cause small differences between our output and the output of an official system.

Our methodology page documents every formula and version register entry. Our editorial policy describes our review process.

Intellectual property

The site design, original text, code, and graphics are the property of ScoreIndexer. The formulas implemented on this site are from published governing-body documents and peer-reviewed literature, cited on each page. We do not claim ownership of those formulas.

We do not reproduce full copyrighted tables (complete factor sets, base-time compilations, or coefficient databases). We publish worked examples and link to the official source for the complete data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the site’s operation or security
• Scrape, mirror, or republish the site’s content without permission
• Misrepresent calculator outputs as official governing-body results

Limitation of liability

ScoreIndexer and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its calculators. This includes, without limitation, any loss or damage arising from reliance on calculator outputs, errors in published source data, or changes to governing-body rules.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
